Beyond the physical pack, optimizing EV performance lies in battery management and integration.
Thermal management is one of the defining challenges. Charging can generate heat equivalent to twenty microwaves simultaneously.
Batteries thrive at 25 to 35 degrees Celsius. Above 55 degrees, degradation accelerates rapidly.
Additionally, cell-to-body architectures integrate the battery directly into the chassis to save weight and improve performance.
As pack architectures become simpler and more structurally integrated, software and battery intelligence become increasingly essential.
Optimization is the new frontier.
