Problem: Docomo was looking to solve problems related to their 5G deployments to help XYZ.

Predictive and real-time analytics in the cloud proactively addresses user experience issues. This is done by using aggregated views to see battery outliers or by drilling down to the individual battery level. This helped Docomo to stay ahead of safety and negative user experience issues caused by a battery. Docomo can download predictive analytics augment service center, warranty, and risk analysis applications.

Qnovo software identified bad batteries 1-2 weeks before the customer complained or visited the service center
Health and safety real-time monitoring resulted in fewer complaints related to their 5G phones, leading to a more positive mobile experience.
No concerns from customers were reported regarding privacy, performance, or excess data usage in X time. This was due to the power of a seamless application experience that did not require private user data nor the transmission of large amounts of data (<300 bytes per day).
